Dear Valued Client,
We are pleased to let you know we are preparing for our reopening.
We are taking the following steps to provide a safe environment for our team and our clients:
Screening: Every client will be screened prior to their appointment. Clients showing any COVID-19 symptoms or those who have been in contact with anyone showing symptoms will be asked to return home and reschedule for a later date. We will continue to honour the temporary change to our no-show/cancellation policy, waiving fees for last minute changes made to appointments due to COVID-19.
Hand hygiene: Prior to entering our space, we highly encourage you to visit the washroom to practice thorough hand washing. Hand sanitizer will be available at the reception desk and in each treatment room. If you prefer to wear a mask during the treatment, please bring your own. Please email us prior to your appointment if you have specific expectations regarding personal protective equipment used by your practitioner (ie. faceshield or gown). This will allow us time to prepare for your visit. Our practitioners are happy to accommodate these requests to ensure you feel comfortable during your appointment.
Physical distancing: Please remain a safe distance from other clients in the event that there is more than one person in the waiting/reception area at a time.
Sanitary protocol: We will continue to clean and disinfect ALL surfaces and equipment between each patient. Our books and cards have been added to the display cabinet but can be viewed or purchased by request.
Additional information: In order to re-open the clinic, we need to follow the guidelines and protocols put forth by the Alberta government. The government has released recommendations regarding the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines that businesses in Stage 2 will need to adhere to. While these new changes may present challenges, we are here to help whenever you are ready. We are confident that your next appointment will be a pleasant and welcoming experience as we do our best to bring you Less Stress for your Body, Mind and Soul.
